This Chia Jam is not only delicious, quick, and easy. It's also healthy! Make it with the frozen fruit or fruit mixture of your choice. I love cherry everything, so I used frozen dark sweet cherries. I also think it would be good using strawberries, mixed berries, peaches, mangoes... Any fruit really! Sweeten it with the natural sweetener of your choice. I used honey but pure maple syrup would be amazing. Low glycemic impact, gut friendly, heart healthy... It's a nutritional powerhouse that feels like a treat!
