Healthie Hacks ~ Reduce Sodium Without Giving Up Your Favorite Brands
Do you need to reduce your sodium intake but don't want to give up some of your higher sodium favorites? A low sodium diet doesn't have to be difficult. I've got a hack that's gonna help you. I've been using this trick for about a year now, since my cardiologist put me on a low sodium diet because of high blood pressure. Not only will it help you keep your favorite brands, but most of the products that I show you in this video are condiments, sauces, etc. which are difficult to even find a low sodium option for, no matter the brand. I didn't want to give up condiments and sauces all together. Nor did I want to let them blow my sodium limit for the day. So I came up with this "hack" to make them work in my diet. I hope it helps you too.

Prep Ahead Hot Jarred Lunch ~ Quinoa & Veg
I've been taking this healthy lunch to work regularly. It's easy to prep for the week using leftovers and frozen veg. The warmer is what led me to this idea. I've included a link to this aWeSoMe jar warmer, but even if you don't have one, you can still take this jarred lunch with a plastic lid if you have a microwave at work. I'd venture to say this would even be great cold! However you pack and prepare yours, this is an easy option to keep your work lunches healthy!
